Terms and Conditions

Individual travelers and groups

Hotel Eifelland warmly welcomes you. The satisfaction of our customers is very important to us. We therefore ask you to read our general terms and conditions carefully.

The present general and special terms and conditions apply to all completed bookings.

The guest acknowledges having taken note of the present general terms and conditions and accepts both these and the applicable rate.

Rooms, arrival and departure

Rooms are available from 1:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. In the case of a later departure, which depends on the availability of the room on the respective day, additional costs may be charged. If the customer leaves the hotel before the planned departure date, the full room price will be charged. No refund will be given.

Booking confirmation and deposit

To guarantee the reservation, the guest is asked to provide us with a valid credit card number. A deposit may also be required before arrival.

In case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the provided credit card.

All additional costs such as drinks, use of the wellness area or other services not provided for in the original contract that are used during the stay must be paid before departure.

All invoices must be paid when leaving the hotel. In the event of non-payment, the invoice amount will be increased by a flat rate of 10% of the total amount, with a minimum of €50. By law and without notice of default, default interest of 1% per month will be charged until full payment is made.

Cancellation

Guests can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within 5 days before arrival, the guest pays an amount equal to the first night.

For group bookings, guests can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. For group bookings, a deposit of 50% is required. In case of cancellation within the 30 days before arrival, this deposit will not be refunded.
